TANKWAGEN couplings are commonly used in transfer of liquid for petrochemical industry.
The material of TW(tankwagen) couplings are vailable in AISI316, brass and aluminum, which has a good corrosion-resistance performance in tough conditions. . We also supply PU, nitrile, hypalon（ green CSM）, viton, PTFE and EPDM seal for tanker coupling.
In general, TW(tankwagen) couplings include male part-VK coupling, female part-MK coupling (It is made of MKV sealing ring and MKH clamping ring), MB cap, VB plug, MKST coupling and VKST coupling.
Part number of MK coupling is EN14420-6 14408. MKV is female threaded with multi-lugs and profiled seal. MKH include handle.
MKST coupling and VKST coupling are assembled with hose by safety clamp. VK coupling and MK coupling of TW coupling are connected with MKST coupling and VKST coupling.
MB coupling/cover matches with VK coupling and VB coupling/plug matches with MK coupling.
It is called tanker coupling by some Suzhou Seapeaks’ clients.
Our TW coupling are manufactured according to EN14420-6, DIN 28450. Pls choose your material of tank wagon coupling according to your corrosion -resistance rate and temperature. Some countries prefer brass material as France, other countries stainless steel tanker coupling as Germany.
